Urvashi has been a hard working woman, since she had lost her husband at her early age. Now she has everything to live a good life. But, in certain occasions, she feels insulted, due to lack of speaking ability in English. Hence she joins the same college where her daughter, Sandhya is studying. Sandhya falls in love with Vinu Mohan and Urvashi does not approve of this. The rest of the movie is how Sandhya gets her mother’s approval.
